Lady Bird Deed - $300 Flat Fee
This deed allows you to transfer your real estate property directly to your designated beneficiaries upon your death to avoid probate and allows you to keep complete control of the property during your lifetime.
Patient Advocate Designation (PAD) - $300 Flat Fee
This document allows you to name a trusted individual to make health decisions for you if you become unable to advocate for yourself. These decisions include medical, custodial, mental health, end-of-life choices, and anatomical gifts.
Power of Attorney (POA) - $300 Flat Fee
This document allows you to name someone to manage your financial affairs when you are unable to do so yourself.
Last Will and Testament - $700 Flat Fee
This document allows you to dictate how your affairs and assets are handled after your death.
Revocable Living Trust - $750 Flat Fee
Trusts are especially important if you have minor children, lifetime dependents with special needs, or pets whom you hope to provide for after your death.

All consultations are held virtually via phone or video call.
Probate Consultation: Set up a virtual consultation to discuss your probate administration needs and discuss what the process entails.
Initial Estate Planning Consultation: Set up a virtual consultation to discuss your needs and review your options for your personalized estate plan.
Payment: A $75 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling. The balance of the consultation fee is due at day of the consultation.
If you decided to hire me, your entire consultation fee will go toward your chosen services.

Probate is the court process that determines how a deceased person’s property is distributed. This process can seem overwhelming while mourning the loss of a loved one and we are here to help.
Fees:
$900 retainer paid up front to retain our services followed by the rate of $300 an hour.
Payment: Retainer paid in full at the time of engagement paid by client. Additional fees payable at the conclusion of probate administration, unless otherwise indicated on the fee agreement.

Do you have an existing estate plan but would like to have a fresh set of eyes on it? I will review your plan, discuss your concerns, and make recommendations for moving forward.
We will have a scheduled phone call or video call to discuss your concerns and how you will provide me with your documents. I will review your documents with your concerns in mind. During our virtual follow up meeting, we discuss the review and my recommendations.
Payment:
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling. The balance of the review fee is due at the conclusion of the first meeting.
