Payment: A $75 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of scheduling. The balance of the consultation fee is due at the completion of the consultation.

Probate is the court process that determines how a deceased person’s property is distributed. This process can seem overwhelming while mourning the loss of a loved one and we are here to help.

We will have a scheduled phone call or video call to discuss your concerns and how you will provide me with your documents. I will review your documents with your concerns in mind. During our virtual follow up meeting, we discuss the review and my recommendations.

Lady Bird Deed - $300 Flat Fee
This deed allows you to transfer your real estate property directly to your designated beneficiaries upon your death to avoid probate and allows you to keep complete control of the property during your lifetime.
Patient Advocate Designation (PAD) - $300 Flat Fee
This document allows you to name a trusted individual to make health decisions for you if you become unable to advocate for yourself. These decisions include medical, custodial, mental health, end-of-life choices, and anatomical gifts.
Power of Attorney (POA) - $300 Flat Fee
This document allows you to name someone to manage your financial affairs when you are unable to do so yourself.
Last Will and Testament - $700 Flat Fee
This document allows you to dictate how your affairs and assets are handled after your death.
Revocable Living Trust - $750 Flat Fee
Trusts are especially important if you have minor children, lifetime dependents with special needs, or pets whom you hope to provide for after your death.
